FAQ

IS THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

No, our trailer rates are flat rates and everything is discussed prior to delivery. this ensures you aren't billed for anything you were not expecting. Cleaning, delivery, pickup, final pump out and finally clean are all covered in our rates. We want to make renting a washroom trailer easy and understanding the price is very important to provide that!

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

For first-time customers, we will email you a form that you can fill out the event details and billing information. once received you can book dates over the phone by text or by email. booking is very easy and takes minimal effort.

 

DO I NEED WATER ON SITE?

We generally ask that if water is available that we connect to the water source available via a regular garden hose. Our units do come equipped with onboard freshwater holding tanks should water not be available at your event. Once the tank is empty, the freshwater would need to be refilled as needed.

DO I NEED ELECTRICAL ON SITE?

Our smaller units require 120v outlets (15 amps – a regular electrical outlet). For multiple units, we do require 30-amp services and we can discuss with you if you have the required power available at your site prior to booking. We can advise you what generator would be required to rent for your event.

 

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE WASHROOM?

Your washroom unit will come sparkling clean and fully stocked and we take it away after your event and clean it. Your job is to have a great time at your event, and we take care of the dirty work.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

In the fall-winter and early spring, we usually have trailers on stand-by. However, in the summer months, trailers are hard to come by. we suggest putting in your order a few months in advance so that way you know your trailer is booked. we will take a partial deposit on the day of booking and the remaining on delivery day. unlike other companies our deposits are refundable and we do not make you pre-pay for the trailer months in advance!

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We are very flexible with cancellation policies. when covid lockdowns first came in we were the only restroom trailer company to give refunds! In any event, if you need to cancel we prefer 4 weeks notice :)

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
